Chamonix-Italy-Factory-roadtrip-Glacier-Dalbello-white snow-bluesky :)

10 ours drive ahead. Julien Lopez came over to pick up Arthur Ghillini and me here in Chamonix. The italien highway was on. First up was the Dalbello factory again, this time also with new Dalbello rider Julien. Got some new Virus for walking, liiight touring! Hope I will have weather to test it properly soon. Bluebird for two days so not much to complain about. Italien food and coffee and nice crew. Arthur filmed around and the freestylers styled the park. Monica, one of the Dal Bello sister's was also on spot to make sure the kids got up, fed, dressed and at the right place ;)

Udo's Choice! and my choice!

Yes thanks Soma Nordic! I just recived a new portion from the guys in Norway and Im stoked! These products have become essential in my life. I have been using these products for some years already and are addicted. The Udo's oil and the Opti Green is always with me in my bag even its a bit tricky somethimes to use them while travelling and eating in restaurants. Right now Im staying in one place for a while and are full on with my back training and yoga again so then its time to get the nutrition right again too ;) These product allows me to train hard and makes my body recover faster. Actually it makes my hole system works better and then I end up with more energy and that feels good! I just had my morning yoghurt full of fruits, nuts and lots of oil and some green powder to spice it all up ;) Im ready for this week!
