Ok...

Yesterday I headed out with Kim, Aline and Cato to schred the nice powder we got the last days and to get the last good feeling on the skis before the comp. And it was amazing! At least half way down before I all the suddenly had a pretty strong pain in my lower back..I continued, but playing the next little powder pillow the pain it hit me again and this time harder..spending a long time getting down the last part of the mountain and back to the car I realizing it was time to get hold of my fysio, on a saturday..ended up showing up at his house and luckily he was home and took care of me. Thanks Kiki!
But still it was not much to do to get ready to ride hard and jump cliffs today...The sun is shining and maybe the best competiotion conditions ever and Im in my bed with a blocked back...wow nice timing stupid back! this was my comp...
No clue why this happend, haven't had a lower backproblems and my fysio tells me my core muscles are stronger than ever so..But not worth taking the risk of my health, Im taking it easy some days for sure.
Life is still good, there are people in this world with much bigger problems than this. I still feel priviliged in life and Im still living my dream and this is a part of the game when you have the job I have. And I am greatful for all the good people I am surrounded by.
Just a little setback, maybe to get my office work ajour...;)
And I promise, I will be back stronger than ever and very soon! Still have time before the next comp in Fieberbrunn, Austria to get the skis back on!
